Choon How bags second gold in two days at SEA Games

Malaysian wushu exponent Loh Choon How (pic) completed a grand Taiji double at the 2019 SEA Games when he triumphed in the men’s Taijijian (taiji sword) for his second gold in as many days.

Choon How, who won the Taijiquan discipline yesterday, was in his element again as he notched 9.68 points to come out tops in the eight-man contest at the World Trade Centre here.

He beat home favourite Jones Inso (9.65) and Hosea Wong of Brunei (9.60) to emulate compatriot Loh Jack Chang’s feat in Kuala Lumpur two years ago.

It’s Malaysian contingent fifth gold of the campaign.
