Premier League 2020: Top-four odds

The latest odds suggest the fight for third and fourth places now only concerns Chelsea, Manchester United and Leicester City

The race for the last two places in the Premier League top four and the all-important Champions League qualification between Chelsea, Manchester United and Leicester City will be decided on a crunch final day of the season.

All three teams have had their chances to secure their place along with Liverpool and Manchester City, but dips in form mean there is only a point separating Manchester United on 63 and Chelsea and Leicester on 62. The Foxes play host to United on the last day in what is now a top-four play-off final, while Chelsea face a tough test as they welcome Wolves to Stamford Bridge.

Latest Premier League top four odds

Chelsea are the 1/7 favourites to finish in the top four, with Manchester United fancied to take the final spot at 1/5 and Leicester City the outsiders that can be backed at 13/8.

Crunch last day in top-four race

The last day of the season brings an exciting finale with two spots in the top four up for grabs, and Chelsea the anointed favourites at 1/7.

The Blues were defeated 5-3 by Liverpool last time out but, as United and Leicester face each other on the last day, they only need a point to finish in the top four. However, they face a Wolves side chasing Europa League qualification, and the Midlanders have shown this season they can compete with the big guns.

United (1/5) also need a point to get fourth, and could end up as high as third if Chelsea lose to Wolves.

Leicester (13/8) have the biggest mountain to climb after their dip in form that meant their grip on third slipped away. If the Foxes beat United they make the top four – but a draw will be enough if Chelsea lose to Wolves.
